*Free Shipping on all Floating Shelves.

Allow 1-2 weeks for production on all floating shelves + 3-5 business days for shipping. We ship via UPS Ground from Rigby Idaho.  

Shipping Guarantee - If your product is damaged in shipping, take a picture of your shelves and email them to info@blisscabinets.com and we will replace your shelves at no cost to you. Note: We do not issue refunds for damaged product.

Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package.

*Because our shelves are custom made to order and we offer so many sizes, wood types, and colors we are unable to resell returned items. Because of this we are unable to accept returns for our shelves.

If you feel you did not receive what you were expecting such as a wrong color, email us pictures of your shelves to info@blisscabinets.com and we will work together to resolve the issue. Your satisfactions is of great importance to us!

Our floating shelves may contain knots and cracks in the wood. This is an authentic part of the beauty and character of these shelves. While there may be a few imperfections, we work to limit them so you can still show off your shelf with pride. If you need a completely smooth shelf, then we recommend ordering veneer instead of solid wood. Please refer to the scale below for knot ratings.
